1. Ready hat designs

The hat will be sent with preview option, if you don't like it you can return it. I do not accept hats already picked up from supplier.


2. Custom hat

Custom made hat has no option to be returned. Pictures are sent in advance, if the design is liked, the hat is sent. Defects occurring on delivery are repaired at my expense.

3. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 months. If the hat is priced higher than the gift card value, the difference will be paid by cash on delivery. If the gift card is at a higher price than the chosen hat, the difference remains as a discount on a next order.

4. Repair of hats and warranty

Hats and accessories are handmade or decorated with attention to detail.

All hats and accessories come with a 6 month warranty. What does it cover? Damage occurring to the hat is repaired at my expense. Once the warranty has expired there may be a charge to repair certain items.

* Damage caused due to negligence and improper storage and use are not covered by the warranty.
