How can I return a purchased hat?
Hats that are not custom made can be returned within 14 days. Personalized hats are not accepted for return unless proven defective.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay via cash on delivery, Revolut and soon - card payment.
How to take proper precautions:
1. Use a soft tape measure. If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or tape, which you can then measure with a ruler.
2. Place the measuring tape about 1 cm above the ears and about 1 cm above the eyebrows (approximately in the middle of the forehead and the widest part of the back of the head).
3. Make sure the band is snug, but not too tight. The idea is for the band to sit on your head like a hat would.
Size Chart:
Once you have determined your head size, use the following chart to find the appropriate hat size:
*If you are between sizes, it is generally recommended to choose the larger size to allow for enough room for comfort. Some hats come with internal adjustment straps that can help with a more precise fit.
- Handmade hats can have an adjustable band with a drawstring or a leather band (calfskin or eco-leather) inside the hat.
- The hand-decorated hats have an adjustable band, and the size can be adjusted from 56 cm to 58 cm.
Cleaning and maintenance.
To clean your hat from dust and light dirt, use a soft brush or fine sandpaper (This only applies to handmade fedoras!). In case you need to remove stains, it is advisable to use a damp cloth, gently patting the contaminated area with water. Excessive exposure to the sun and water can damage your hat.
MAD CAPS- the soft part of the hat can be washed by hand.
WINTER MAD- can be washed by hand and in a washing machine
Can I expose the hats to rain?
It is not recommended to expose handmade fedoras to rain, as this may damage their integrity.
Hand-decorated fedoras can be exposed to rain, as long as it is not for prolonged periods of time.
*If your hat gets wet, first let it dry completely. Then, take a piece of clean cloth and gently iron the brim .
*WINTER MAD, MAD CAP and summer hats are resistant to splashes of water and rain.
